即中斎好写　木製　手付糸巻莨盆（たばこぼん）

莨盆とは、本来は昔からある莨（たばこ）を吸うための道具を

入れておいて、そのまま使うための深さのあるお盆です。

円形、長角、楕円形など様々な形があります。

茶道では正式なものが使われ、中に火入れ、灰吹き、煙草入れ、キセルなど

一式を入れて、待合や薄茶席に置かれます。

茶席で正客の位置を示すものとしても、認識されています。

この莨盆は、表千家の即中斎好写で、前後の面に糸巻の透かしがあり

前後の面が側面よりも、少し高くなっています。

全体の塗りは黒塗で、糸巻きの透かしの面の部分だけが溜塗になっています。

黒の真塗は高級感があり、落ち着きのあるものとなっています。

Sokuchusai Style Wooden Tobacco Tray with Handle and Thread-Spool Openwork

A tobacco tray (tabakobon) is traditionally a deep tray used to store smoking implements for tobacco (tabako) so they can be used directly from it.
They come in various shapes such as round, rectangular, or oval.

In the practice of tea ceremony, a formal type of tray is used, containing a complete set of utensils such as a fire container (hi-ire), ash receptacle (haifuki), tobacco pouch (tabako-ire), and a smoking pipe (kiseru).
It is placed in the machiai (waiting room) or in a light-tea serving space (usuchaseki).
It is also recognized as an item indicating the position of the principal guest in a tea gathering.

This tobacco tray is in the style preferred by Sokuchusai of the Omotesenke school.
It features openwork in the shape of thread spools on both the front and back panels, which are slightly taller than the side panels.

The entire piece is finished in black lacquer, with only the panels bearing the thread-spool openwork finished in tame-nuri (transparent brown lacquer over black).
The glossy black shin-nuri (true lacquer finish) gives the piece an elegant and composed presence.

即中斋好写 木制 手柄线轴镂空莨盆（烟盆）

莨盆，原本是用来放置传统吸莨（烟草）所需用具，并可直接取用的深形托盆。

其形状多样，有圆形、长方形、椭圆形等。

在茶道中会使用正式的莨盆，内部放置火炉、掸灰器、烟草盒、烟管等一整套用具，摆放于待合或薄茶席中。

莨盆在茶席中还被视为指示正客（首席客人）座位的位置之物。

此莨盆为表千家的即中斋好写，前后两面带有线轴形镂空装饰，且前后两面略高于两侧面。

整体为黑漆涂装，唯独线轴镂空部位施以溜漆。

黑色真漆质感高雅，呈现出沉稳的氛围。
