萩焼から林紅陽 作　手づくり花入の

ご紹介です。

萩焼特有の赤茶色の土をろくろ成形し

白い釉薬を掛けられて作られています。

全体が細長くある程度の高さがあるので

スマートな造形となっています。

最下部が太く上へ行くほど少しずつ細く

なっていく安定した形をしています。

胴にはろくろ目が残され、正面には釉薬の

垂れと削ぎと凹みがあります。

上部には小さな耳があり細かい細工が

なされています。

口は丸みを帯びピンホールが見られ、

締まっているので花が広がらず活けやすい

形といえます。

上半分の白釉以外はうっすらと赤みを

帯びており、土ものの温かみを感じることが

出来ます。

ベースが白なので、ほとんどの花を

引き立てることが出来、汎用性が高い花器と

いえます。

Hagi Ware – Handmade White-Glazed Vase with Handles by Koyo Hayashi

This is a handmade flower vase by Koyo Hayashi, crafted in the tradition of Hagi ware.

It is wheel-thrown using the characteristic reddish-brown clay of Hagi, and finished with a white glaze.

The piece is slender and moderately tall, giving it a refined and elegant form. The base is thicker, gradually narrowing toward the top, creating a stable silhouette.

The body retains visible wheel marks, and on the front there are natural glaze drips, trimming marks, and indentations.

At the upper section, small handles (“ears”) have been added with fine craftsmanship.

The mouth is rounded, with some pinholes visible. Its tightened opening keeps flowers from spreading too widely, making it easy to arrange.

Except for the upper half covered in white glaze, the piece shows a subtle reddish tone, expressing the warmth of clay.

With its white base, the vase complements almost any type of flower, making it a highly versatile flower container.

此作品以萩烧特有的红褐色陶土经拉坯成形，再施以白釉烧制而成。

整体造型修长，具有一定高度，显得格外挺拔。

器身下部较宽，上部逐渐收窄，呈现出稳定而匀称的形态。

胴部保留了拉坯的旋纹痕迹，正面可见釉药的流淌、削痕与凹陷。

上部附有小巧的双耳，细致而精巧。

口部略带圆润，可见针眼状小孔，收口紧致，不会让花材过于分散，因而更易于插花。

器身上半部分施以白釉，其余部分隐约透出红色调，散发出陶土独有的温润质感。

由于以白色为基底，几乎可衬托出各种花材之美，堪称一款实用性极高的花器。
