秋田杉を使って作られた、一枚板のお膳のご紹介です。

秋田の厳しい冬を耐えながら育った秋田杉は、年輪が細かく

節が少なく美しい柾目と光沢が特徴です。

弾力性に富み、極めて軽量な秋田杉は、かつて豊臣秀吉が

伏見城築城の際、はるばる取り寄せて使ったほど

良質な木材であることが分かります。

こちらのタイプは全体を艶消しの黒で仕上げられており、

白木とは違う意味で高級感があります。

表面には滑り止めの細かい溝が横方向に幅や太さが不規則に入れられており、

見た目の手づくり感と、器がずり落ちにくい実用性の両方を実現しています。

黒は器と料理を引き立たせ、和はもちろん、洋・中華・多国籍料理など

すべてのお料理に使うことが出来ます。

長方形の板膳は、お膳やランチョンマット

フリートレーとしてお使い頂けます。

こちらのお膳は以前作っていたものから、仕様変更されており

旧型は、杉の自然な木目を生かした凹凸のある滑り止めの部分は、中央部のみで

縁の部分はツルツルでしたが、今回の新型は、表面全体がすべて滑り止めとなっています。

また、ウレタン塗装がされているので、しょうゆやタレがこぼれても

浸み込むことはありませんので、安心してお使い頂けます。

また、裏面を見ると、テーブルから持ち上げやすいように指が

入れられるよう斜めにカットされています。

デザインよし、材質よし、使い勝手よしの三拍子そろったお膳です。

This is an introduction to a new-style rectangular tray (itabon) made from a single solid board of Akita cedar, finished in black.

Akita cedar, which grows while enduring the severe winters of Akita, is characterized by fine, tight growth rings, few knots, and beautiful straight grain with a natural luster.

Highly resilient and exceptionally lightweight, Akita cedar is known to be a superior-quality wood. It is said that Toyotomi Hideyoshi had it transported from afar for use in the construction of Fushimi Castle, a testament to its excellence.

This model is finished entirely in a matte black, giving it a refined sense of luxury that differs from that of natural, uncoated wood.

On the surface, fine non-slip grooves of irregular width and thickness are carved horizontally, achieving both a handcrafted visual appeal and practical functionality by preventing dishes from sliding.

The black color enhances the appearance of tableware and food, making it suitable not only for Japanese cuisine but also for Western, Chinese, and other international dishes.

This rectangular tray can be used as a traditional meal tray, a placemat, or a free-form serving tray.

Compared to the previous version, this tray has been updated in its specifications. In the older model, the non-slip, textured area that showcased the natural grain of the cedar was limited to the central portion, while the edges were smooth. In this new model, the entire surface is finished with a non-slip texture.

In addition, it is coated with a urethane finish, so even if soy sauce or sauces are spilled, they will not seep into the wood, allowing it to be used with confidence.

Looking at the underside, the edges are cut at an angle to allow fingers to slip underneath easily, making it easier to lift the tray from a table.

With its excellent design, high-quality material, and outstanding usability, this tray offers a perfect balance of all three.

在秋田严酷的冬季环境中生长的秋田杉，
年轮细密，
结疤少，
具有美丽的柾目纹理与自然光泽，
这是其显著特征。

富有弹性且极为轻量的秋田杉，
曾在丰臣秀吉修建伏见城时
特地从远方调运使用，
由此可见其作为优质木材的价值。

此款整体以哑光黑色处理完成，
相较于白木材质，
呈现出另一种层次的高级质感。

表面横向刻有细密的防滑沟槽，
其宽度与粗细不规则分布，
既体现出手工制作的视觉效果，
又兼顾了器皿不易滑动的实用性。

黑色能够衬托器皿与料理，
不仅适用于和食，
亦可搭配西餐、中餐及各类异国料理，
用途十分广泛。
