萩焼から盤石窯　金本明夫作の肩衝茶入のご紹介です。

茶入自体がほとんど、色の濃い茶色などが多いので

その中で、数少ない、明るい色の茶入となります。

萩焼らしい、やさしい色合いに下の方と土が出ている部分は

赤みを帯びたものとなっていて変化があります。

肩衝茶入は、肩が衝いているから、この名前が付いていますが

この茶入の肩は、なで肩で胴の中央膨らみが緩やかにあって

色合いのこともあり全体が穏やかな雰囲気が出ています。

正面に白い釉薬の垂れがあり、全体には細かい貫入が無数に入っていますので

使い込んで頂くと、「萩の七変化」が見られるかもしれません。

仕服の裂地の名称は「薩摩間道」となっており、こちらは名物裂の一つです。

名前の由来は不明で、類似の裂地が多いが、この裂地には梅の模様が見られます。

様々な色が使われており、茶入をより引き立てています。

Katatsuki Tea Caddy with Shifuku Pouch

We are pleased to introduce this katatsuki tea caddy by Akio Kanamoto of Banseki Kiln, Hagi ware.

Tea caddies are most often seen in dark brown or similarly deep tones; among them, this piece is one of the relatively few examples in a lighter coloration.

The gentle, characteristic hues of Hagi ware are evident, while the lower portion and the areas where the clay is exposed show a reddish tint, creating subtle variations in appearance.

The name katatsuki derives from the “shoulders” of the form, which rise distinctly; however, in this tea caddy the shoulders slope softly, and the body swells gently at the center. Together with its coloring, this gives the entire piece a calm and harmonious impression.

On the front, there is a drip of white glaze, and throughout the surface are countless fine crackles (kannyū). With continued use, one may come to observe the famed “Seven Transformations of Hagi,” as the piece gradually changes in character.

The fabric used for the shifuku pouch is known as Satsuma Kando, one of the celebrated meibutsu-gire (famous textiles). Although the origin of its name is unclear and there are many similar textiles, this particular fabric features a plum blossom motif.

A variety of colors are employed, enhancing and complementing the tea caddy beautifully.

这是来自萩烧、由盘石窑金本金明夫制作的肩冲茶入的介绍。

一般来说，茶入本身多为色调较深的茶褐色，而在其中，这件作品属于为数不多的浅色系茶入。

整体呈现出萩烧特有的柔和色调，下部以及露出胎土的部分带有微微的红色变化，富于层次感。

肩冲茶入因其“肩部突起”而得名，不过这件茶入的肩部线条较为柔和，胴部中央的隆起也十分舒缓，再加上其色调的影响，使整体散发出温润、平和的气息。

正面可见白釉自然垂流的痕迹，整体布满细密的贯入纹。随着长期使用，或许能够欣赏到所谓的“萩之七变化”。

随附的仕服所用织物名为“萨摩间道”，属于名物裂之一。
其名称的由来尚不明确，虽有许多相似的织物，但这块裂地上可见梅花纹样。

多种色彩的运用，使茶入更显出众。
