交趾とは、元々は明代後期に中国南部の

交趾地方で作られた、色彩軟陶の総称で

青・黄・緑・紫等の釉薬が使われています。

いずれも、とても艶があり光に充てると

菊の花の形を模しており、菊の花びらが

直線的に開いた端正な造形で、お料理を

より引き立ててくれます。

这是一款来自波佐见烧的菊形小钵对碗套装。

其中一只为浅葱交趾，呈现出鲜艳而仿佛南国海洋般清澈明亮的蓝色，非常美丽；
另一只为黄交趾，色彩鲜明却又沉稳，展现出浓郁而雅致的美丽黄色。

“交趾”原本是明代后期在中国南方交趾地区制作的一类彩色软陶的总称，常用的釉色有青、黄、绿、紫等。
