美濃焼　手づくり　織部　片身替り　角鉢

美濃焼から手づくりの角鉢のご紹介です。

白土を角型に成形し織部の釉薬を掛け

て作られています。

織部の釉薬が6割程掛けられ、４割は白地に

鉄絵の線紋が描かれています。

このように同じ器で異なる釉薬や風合いに

仕上げられているものを片身替りと言われ

古くからありますが、斬新なデザインと

いえます。

縁は切立型で内側底面は正方形で真っ平ら

なので食材を盛り付けやすく見た目の体裁も

非常によくなっています。

お料理を盛る鉢としても、菓子器としても

使え、ワンランク上の雰囲気を

演出してくれます。

シンプルなデザインで伝統的な風合いと

高級感が漂う逸品といえます。

Mino Ware Handmade Oribe Katamigawari Square Bowl

Introducing a handmade square bowl crafted in the tradition of Mino ware.

Formed from white clay into a square shape, it is finished with Oribe glaze.

Approximately 60% of the surface is covered with the characteristic green Oribe glaze, while the remaining 40% features an unglazed white background adorned with iron-painted linear designs.

Such pieces that combine different glazes or textures within a single vessel are known as katamigawari, a style with a long history, yet this piece presents a fresh and innovative design.

The rim has a straight, vertical shape (kittachi-gata), and the inside bottom is perfectly flat and square, making it easy to plate food attractively and neatly.

It can be used as a serving bowl for dishes or as a container for sweets, adding an elegant touch to your table setting.

With its simple design, traditional feel, and air of refinement, it is a truly distinguished piece.

美濃燒 手工 織部 拼釉 方鉢

這是一款來自美濃燒、手工製作的方形鉢。

以白土手工塑形成方形，並施以織部釉製作而成。

約六成表面施有織部釉，剩餘約四成則保留白色胎土，上面以鐵繪繪製線紋。

這樣在同一件器皿上使用不同釉色與風格的手法，被稱為「拼釉（片身替り）」，自古以來就有，但也可說是極具創新設計感的作法。

鉢的邊緣為直立造型，內部底面為正方形且完全平整，因此非常方便擺盤，整體視覺效果也相當出色。

無論作為盛放料理的鉢，或是作為點心器使用，都能營造出一種更高格調的氛圍。
