清水焼から昭阿弥 作の火入れのご紹介です。

火入れとは中に灰と小さな炭を入れて、

本来は煙草の火種として使う器です。

灰の表面に細かい筋を入れて体裁を整えて

使います。

特に茶道では莨盆の中に入れ、茶会では

正客のすぐ近くに置かれますので脇役では

ありますが、よく目につき鑑賞の対象と

なりますので重要な道具の一つです。

火入れの大きさは莨盆の大きさや高さなどに

左右されますのでバランスよく組み合わせる

ことが必要となります。

桶の側を模して白磁の生地に染付で

あっさりと描かれており、さわやかな

印象を受けます。

江戸時代中期以降にもたらされたデザインと

言われています。

寸胴型で口の部分に凸凹があり四角を重ねた

画が描かれ下部に向かってラインが引かれた

シンプルなデザインです。

少し小ぶりで細身のスタイリッシュで

コンパクトな造形となっているので小さめの

莨盆によく合うと思われます。

江戸時代から続く定番ともいえる

火入れです。

Kyo Ware (Kiyomizu-yaki) – Hiire (Charcoal Container) by Shoami – "Okegawa" Slender Form

Introducing a hiire (charcoal container) crafted by Shoami in the Kyo ware tradition.

A hiire is a vessel originally used to hold ash and small pieces of charcoal, serving as an ember holder for lighting tobacco.

The ash surface is carefully prepared with fine lines for an elegant presentation.

In the tea ceremony, the hiire is placed within a tabako-bon (tobacco tray) and is typically positioned near the shōkyaku (principal guest) during a tea gathering. Although a supporting item, it is highly visible and often appreciated as an object of aesthetic interest, making it an important utensil in the tea setting.

The size and form of the hiire must be balanced with the dimensions of the tabako-bon, making thoughtful coordination essential.

This piece features a clean and refreshing impression, with a white porcelain body delicately decorated in underglaze blue (sometsuke) in a style inspired by wooden bucket staves (okegawa). This design is said to have been introduced in the mid-Edo period.

The form is cylindrical (zundō) with a simple, stylish silhouette. The mouth features a slight undulation, and the body is adorned with overlapping square motifs and vertical lines descending toward the base.

Compact and slender, this piece pairs especially well with smaller tabako-bon trays.

It represents a classic form of hiire, passed down since the Edo period.

所谓火入，是指一种内部可放入灰与小块炭的器皿，
原本用途是作为点烟所用的火种容器。

使用时会在灰的表面描绘细致的纹路，以保持整洁美观。

在茶道中，火入常被置于莨盆中，
并在茶会中放置在正客（主宾）近旁的位置，
虽属配角，但因其位置显眼，常为客人观赏之物，
因此也是极为重要的茶道具之一。

火入的尺寸需与莨盆的大小与高度相协调，
选择与搭配时需讲究整体的平衡美感。

本作以**桶的外形（桶侧）为灵感，
在白瓷胎上以染付（青花）**技法绘制，
画风简约淡雅，给人以清爽之感。

据传，这种设计自江户时代中期开始流行，
是具有历史渊源的风格。

造型为筒形（寸胴型），口部带有起伏变化，
绘有由四方形叠加构成的几何图样，
并在下部绘制几条竖线，构成简洁的装饰。

整体造型略小巧而纤细，风格洗练、体积紧凑，
非常适合与尺寸较小的莨盆搭配使用。
