萩焼　紫釉　手づくり　急須　４００CC

萩焼から紫釉の手づくり急須のご紹介です。

萩焼特有の小石の混じった赤土をろくろ挽き

で作られており外側にも内側にもろくろ目が

見られます。

蓋の径が大きいので内側を洗いやすく、

茶葉も捨てやすいので扱いやすく

なっています。

注ぎ口が出っ張っておりその内側に穴が

空けられており金網が不要なタイプです。

外側には全体に薄紫の釉薬が掛けられており

白い釉薬の不規則な流れも見られ、きれいな

色合いとなっています。

蓋の摘みが丸型でつまみやすく、手づくりの

味わいを感じさせてくれます。

横手の持ち手は楕円形になっており、

持ちやすく親指で蓋を押さえて片手でも

注ぐことが出来ます。

土物の温かみ、やわらかさ、釉薬の美しさを

感じて頂ける逸品です。

Hagi Ware – Handcrafted Teapot with Purple Glaze, 400cc

We are pleased to introduce a handcrafted Hagi ware teapot with a purple glaze.

It is made on the potter’s wheel using Hagi ware’s distinctive reddish clay mixed with small stones, with wheel marks visible both inside and out.

The lid has a wide opening, making the interior easy to clean and the tea leaves easy to discard, offering excellent usability.

The spout protrudes outward, with strainer holes pierced on the inside, eliminating the need for a metal mesh filter.

The exterior is entirely covered with a soft purple glaze, accented by irregular flows of white glaze, resulting in a beautiful color combination.

The lid knob is rounded, making it easy to grasp, while also conveying the charm of handcrafting.

The side handle is oval-shaped, designed for ease of grip, allowing you to hold down the lid with your thumb and pour effortlessly with one hand.

This piece conveys the warmth of earthenware, the softness of clay, and the beauty of glaze. With continued use, you can also enjoy “the seven transformations of Hagi”—the subtle changes in color and texture unique to Hagi ware.

以萩烧特有的夹杂小石的赤土拉坯制成，
内外皆可见拉坯时的旋纹。

由于壶盖直径较大，便于清洗内部，
倒掉茶叶也很方便，使用起来十分顺手。

壶嘴略微外突，内侧设有滤孔，
因此无需使用金属滤网。

外壁整体施以淡紫色釉药，
并点缀白釉不规则的流动，
色调优美动人。
