Each bowl is wheel-thrown from fine white porcelain and hand-painted with a tokusa (horsetail grass) pattern.
Countless vertical lines in rich hues of vermilion, green, and gold are delicately drawn, creating a colorful yet gentle design.
The porcelain body is thin, with faint traces of the potter’s wheel visible on the exterior, giving the bowls a refined and delicate texture.
