黒土をろくろ成形し、白い釉薬を掛けて

作られています。

櫛目を縦横に入れた四角を市松状に器全体に

配されたデザインとなっています。

白い釉薬が薄めに掛けられているため、

櫛目が浮き出て強調されており

生地の黒土の色も目立っています。

これらはすべて手作業でされており、

多くの手間と高い技術が注がれています。

生地は軽量で扱いやすく、持ち手は

平たいので指が痛くならないよう

持ちやすく配慮されています。

口は緩やかに外側に開いており、口当たりが

よく飲みやすくなっています。

白を基調として所々に黒い櫛目が現れ、

Introducing a handmade mug cup from Kiyomizu ware.

It is wheel-thrown using black clay and finished with a coating of white glaze.

The design features squares incised with vertical and horizontal comb marks (kushime), arranged in an ichimatsu (checkered) pattern across the entire surface of the piece.

Because the white glaze is applied thinly, the comb-carved lines stand out in relief, while the natural color of the black clay body remains visible and distinctive.

All of these processes are carried out by hand, requiring considerable time, effort, and advanced craftsmanship.

The clay body is lightweight and easy to handle. The handle is made flat, ensuring a comfortable grip that prevents strain on the fingers.

The rim gently flares outward, providing a pleasant mouthfeel and making it easy to drink from.

Based on a white tone with touches of black comb patterns appearing throughout, this piece presents a simple yet refined and stylish design.

由于白色釉药施釉较薄，梳纹纹理浮现并被突出强调，同时胎土黑色的质感也更加醒目。

这些工序全部以手工完成，倾注了大量工夫与高超技艺。

胎体轻盈，便于使用；把手为扁平设计，贴合手指，不易造成手指不适，握持更加舒适。
