「究極の極平型急須」のご紹介です。

常滑焼の急須は鉄分を多く含んでいるため

お茶の味がまろやかになると

言われています。

ほとんどの急須は丸型ですが、お茶の味を

最大限に引き出すために低く平たく作られた

究極の形をした急須です。

この急須は平型の中でも特に平たい

極平型となっています。

径が大きいため茶葉が最大限に、より早く

開いて、広がりも良くなり、よりおいしく

お茶を抽出できる急須です。

湯の量が少なくても、茶葉が広がりやすく

茶葉の味を引き出しやすくなります。

茶葉が早く、より大きく広がるので

「水出し冷茶」にもお使い頂けます。

「水出し冷茶」は水で淹れた煎茶のことで

湯を使わないことでお茶の苦み成分を抑える

ことが出来、甘みや旨みが多い煎茶と

なります。

容量が２００㏄なので、余裕のある

一人用の急須となります。

金網を使うと金気がお茶の味に影響を与える

ので、注ぎ口の内側に陶器製の精巧な

茶こし網が付けられています。

この茶こし網も急須本体も全て手づくり

されており、熟練の職人技を注ぎ込んで

作られています。

口径と全体と底部の径がほぼ同じなので、

急須の内側が洗いやすく乾燥させやすいので

常に清潔さを保つことが出来

とても衛生的です。

表面には櫛目の模様が付けられています。

胴には縦筋、蓋には中心から放射状に

細かい筋が入れられており、多くの手間と

高い技術が注がれています。

蓋は落ちにくいよう、がたつきなく、

きっちりと重めに作られ注ぎ口は液だれ

しにくい作りとなっています。

極平型ですが全体が丸みを帯びた形をして

おり、やわらかい雰囲気を感じられます。

片手でも親指で蓋を押さえながらお茶を

注ぐことが出来、機能的でもあります。

軽量で扱やすくなっています。

The Ultimate Extra-Flat Teapot Crafted by a Traditional Artisan of Tokoname Ware
Comb Pattern – Black Clay – 200 cc

We are pleased to introduce the “Ultimate Extra-Flat Teapot” crafted by a certified traditional artisan of Tokoname Ware.

Tokoname teapots are said to mellow the taste of tea due to the high iron content in the clay.

While most teapots are round in shape, this piece has been made low and flat in order to draw out the full flavor of the tea leaves—an ultimate form designed for maximum extraction.

Among flat teapots, this is an especially flat “extra-flat” type.

Because of its wide diameter, the tea leaves are able to open more fully and more quickly, allowing them to spread out well and produce a richer, more flavorful infusion.

Even with a smaller amount of hot water, the leaves can easily expand, making it easier to extract their full flavor.

As the tea leaves open quickly and widely, this teapot is also suitable for preparing mizudashi cold brew tea.

“Mizudashi cold tea” refers to sencha brewed with water rather than hot water. By not using hot water, the bitter components of the tea are suppressed, resulting in a sencha with enhanced sweetness and umami.

With a capacity of 200 cc, it is an ideal teapot for one person, allowing for a generous serving.

Since metal strainers can affect the taste of tea, this teapot is fitted with a finely crafted ceramic strainer integrated inside the spout.

Both the strainer and the teapot itself are entirely handmade, reflecting the refined skills of a master craftsman.

Because the diameter of the rim, the body, and the base are nearly the same, the interior is easy to wash and dry, helping to maintain cleanliness and ensuring excellent hygiene.

The surface is decorated with a comb-pattern (kushime) design.

Fine vertical lines are carved into the body, while delicate radial lines extend from the center of the lid, demonstrating the considerable time and high level of skill invested in its creation.

The lid is carefully fitted to prevent wobbling and is slightly weighted to keep it securely in place. The spout is designed to minimize dripping.

Although it is an extra-flat type, the overall form retains a gentle roundness, giving it a soft and refined appearance.

It is functional as well—tea can be poured with one hand while holding the lid in place with the thumb.

Lightweight and easy to handle, this thoughtfully crafted teapot can truly be called the “ultimate teapot,” a timeless piece that can be enjoyed for many years without growing tired of it.

为您介绍一款由常滑烧传统工艺士制作的「究极极扁型急须」。

常滑烧急须因富含铁分，据说能够使茶汤口感更加醇和圆润。

多数急须为圆形，但为了最大限度地引出茶叶的滋味，此款急须特意制作得低矮而扁平，呈现出堪称“究极”的造型。

在平型急须之中，本品尤为扁平，属于极扁型设计。

由于直径较大，茶叶能够更充分、更迅速地舒展，展开性更佳，从而更美味地萃取茶汤。

即使注水量较少，茶叶也容易舒展，更易引出茶叶本身的滋味。

茶叶展开迅速且幅度更大，因此也适用于“冷泡茶”。

所谓“冷泡茶”，是指以冷水冲泡的煎茶。由于不使用热水，可以抑制茶中的苦涩成分，使茶汤呈现更多的甘甜与鲜味。

容量为200cc，是一款从容适用的一人用急须。

若使用金属滤网，金属气味可能会影响茶汤风味，因此在出水口内侧配有陶制精巧滤网。

该滤网与急须本体皆为纯手工制作，倾注了熟练匠人的精湛技艺。

口径、整体直径与底部直径几乎相同，壶内易于清洗与干燥，能够始终保持清洁，十分卫生。

表面饰有梳纹纹样。

壶身刻有纵向细纹，壶盖则由中心向外呈放射状刻入细密纹理，凝聚了大量工序与高超技艺。

壶盖贴合紧密、不易脱落，制作稳重；壶嘴设计不易滴漏。

虽为极扁型，但整体带有圆润曲线，给人以柔和之感。

单手持壶时亦可用拇指按住壶盖倒茶，兼具良好的实用功能。

整体轻巧，便于操作。

从细节处精心设计与制作，耐看耐用，堪称可长期使用的「究极急须」之逸品。
