で、剣山を使わず長い枝や茎の長い花などを
花器の内壁や口に当てて固定し「横や斜めに
出す（なげる）」ことで花を生ける、
生け花の様式に用いられる花器を指します。
自由な発想で自然の風情を楽しむ花器で、
流れるような美しい花を表現できます。
花器の表面は松皮といって、松の木の樹皮の
ような風合いに仕上げられており、
高い質感を感じられます。
色は艶のある美しいブルーと下部は
黒のツートンで洒落たデザインと
なっています。

We are pleased to introduce this nageire-style flower vase from Shigaraki ware.
A nageire vase refers to a tall vase with a narrow mouth. It is used in ikebana (the Japanese art of flower arrangement) to arrange flowers without a kenzan (spiked flower holder). Long branches or flowers with long stems are supported by leaning them against the inner wall or the rim of the vase and “thrown” (extended horizontally or diagonally), creating a dynamic and natural composition.
This style of vase allows for free expression and appreciation of natural beauty, enabling the creation of flowing and graceful floral arrangements.
The surface of the vase features a finish known as “matsukawa” (pine bark), crafted to resemble the texture of pine tree bark, giving it a refined and high-quality feel.
