「究極の極平型急須」のご紹介です。

常滑焼の代名詞といえる「朱泥」は陶土に

多く含まれる鉄分がお茶の渋みを抑え、

まろやかな味を楽しむことが出来ます。

ほとんどの急須は丸型ですが、お茶の味を

最大限に引き出すために低く平たく作られた

究極の形をした急須です。

この急須は平型の中でも特に平たい

極平型となっています。

径が大きいため茶葉が最大限に、より早く

開いて、広がりも良くなり、よりおいしく

お茶を抽出できる急須です。

湯の量が少なくても、茶葉が広がりやすく

茶葉の味を引き出しやすくなります。

茶葉が早く、より大きく広がるので

「水出し冷茶」にもお使い頂けます。

「水出し冷茶」は水で淹れた煎茶のことで

湯を使わないことでお茶の苦み成分を抑える

ことが出来、甘みや旨みが多い煎茶と

なります。

容量が２００㏄なので、余裕のある

一人用の急須となります。

金網を使うと金気がお茶の味に影響を与える

ので、注ぎ口の内側に陶器製の精巧な

茶こし網が付けられています。

この茶こし網も急須本体も全て手づくり

されており、熟練の職人技を注ぎ込んで

作られています。

口径と全体と底部の径がほぼ同じなので、

急須の内側が洗いやすく乾燥させやすいので

常に清潔さを保つことが出来

とても衛生的です。

蓋と本体の外側表面にはろくろ目のような

筋が横方向に見られ手間が

掛けられています。

蓋は落ちにくいよう、がたつきなく、

きっちりと重めに作られ注ぎ口は液だれ

しにくい作りとなっています。

極平型ですが全体が丸みを帯びた形をして

おり、やわらかい雰囲気を感じられます。

蓋も平たいので、片手でも親指で蓋を

押さえながらお茶を注ぐことが出来、機能的

でもあります。

The Ultimate Extremely Flat Teapot Crafted by a Traditional Tokoname Artisan
“Sendan” (Thousand-Ridge Pattern), Red Clay (Shudei), 200 cc

We are pleased to introduce this “ultimate extremely flat teapot” created by a certified traditional artisan of Tokoname ware.

“Shudei” (red clay), which can be described as synonymous with Tokoname ware, contains a high level of iron in the clay. This iron content helps suppress the astringency of tea, allowing you to enjoy a smoother, mellower flavor.

While most teapots are round in shape, this teapot has been crafted in a low and flat form—the ultimate shape designed to draw out the maximum flavor of the tea.

Among flat teapots, this piece is made in an especially flat “extremely flat” style.

Because of its wide diameter, the tea leaves can fully and quickly open and spread out, enabling more delicious extraction of the tea.

Even with a small amount of hot water, the tea leaves expand easily, making it simpler to bring out their full flavor.

Since the leaves open more quickly and more widely, this teapot can also be used for mizudashi reicha (cold-brewed green tea).

“Mizudashi reicha” refers to sencha brewed with water instead of hot water. By not using hot water, the bitter components of the tea are suppressed, resulting in a sencha with enhanced sweetness and umami.

With a capacity of 200 cc, it is a generously sized teapot for one person.

Because metal strainers can affect the taste of tea, a finely crafted ceramic strainer is attached to the inside of the spout.

Both this ceramic strainer and the teapot body are entirely handmade, infused with the skill and dedication of a master artisan.

Since the diameter of the mouth, the body, and the base are almost the same, the inside of the teapot is easy to wash and dry, allowing it to remain clean and highly hygienic at all times.

Horizontal ridges resembling wheel marks can be seen on the exterior surface of both the lid and the body, reflecting the careful craftsmanship involved.

The lid is made slightly heavier and fits snugly without wobbling to prevent it from falling off, and the spout is designed to minimize dripping.

Although extremely flat in form, the overall shape is gently rounded, giving it a soft and warm impression.

Because the lid is also flat, you can press it down with your thumb while pouring with one hand, making it highly functional as well.

Carefully designed down to the smallest detail, this is a masterpiece that can truly be called the “ultimate teapot,” one you will never tire of and can use for many years.

现为您介绍一款由常滑烧传统工艺士制作的“究极极平型急须”。

被誉为常滑烧代名词的“朱泥”，因陶土中富含铁分，
能够抑制茶汤的涩味，使口感更加醇和圆润。

大多数急须为圆形，但为了最大限度地引出茶叶的风味，
此款急须被制作成低矮而扁平的形状，
堪称发挥茶味的究极造型。

本款在平型急须之中尤为扁平，
属于“极平型”。

由于直径较大，茶叶能够更快、更加充分地舒展，
展开性更佳，从而更美味地萃取茶汤。

即使注入较少的热水，茶叶也易于展开，
更容易释放茶叶本身的滋味。

茶叶能够迅速且充分地展开，
因此也适用于“冷泡茶”。

所谓“冷泡茶”，是指用冷水冲泡的煎茶。
由于不使用热水，可以抑制茶中的苦味成分，
从而成为一款甜味与鲜味更加突出的煎茶。

容量为200cc，
是一款宽裕的一人用急须。

若使用金属滤网，金属气味可能影响茶味，
因此在出水口内侧安装了精巧的陶制滤网。

该滤网与急须本体均为全手工制作，
融汇了熟练工匠的精湛技艺。

由于口径、整体直径与底部直径几乎相同，
壶内便于清洗与干燥，
可始终保持清洁，
非常卫生。

壶盖与壶身外侧表面可见横向的轱辘纹理，
工序细致，十分讲究。

壶盖制作得贴合紧密，不易松动脱落，
并稍具重量感；出水口的设计亦不易滴漏。

虽为极平型，但整体呈圆润造型，
散发出柔和温雅的气息。

由于壶盖亦较为扁平，
可单手以拇指按住壶盖进行倒茶，
兼具良好的实用功能。
