常滑焼から手づくり急須のご紹介です。

白泥をメインに黒泥や黄土色などの異なる

土を練り込んだ土をろくろ挽きで成形し

作られています。

表面に異なる色の土が渦状、マーブル調に

なって表れデザインとなっています。

これは作る度に異なる表情が出て、個々

すべてがそれぞれ異なるデザインとなって

出来上がります。

側面の胴には縦方向に削ぎが多数入れられる

ことで、練り込んだ土の内部の状況が表れ

独特の立体的なデザインとなっています。

口径は広めで茶葉を入れやすく捨てやすく、

洗いやすくなっています。

底が広く緩やかな台形、低めの造形なので

安定しており使いやすくなっています。

内側側面には、ぐるっと網があるので、

深蒸し茶でも目詰まりがしにくく

湯切れがいいのが特徴となっています。

職人さんの高い技術と多くの手間が注がれ、

さらに機能的な実用性を考えて作られた

急須といえます。

Tokoname Ware – White Clay, Nerikomi, Carved, Handmade Teapot (250 cc)

We are pleased to introduce a handmade teapot from Tokoname ware.

This piece is formed on a potter’s wheel using primarily white clay, into which different clays such as black clay and ochre are kneaded and blended together.

The surface reveals swirling, marble-like patterns created by the combination of differently colored clays, forming a distinctive design.

Each time it is made, a unique expression emerges, ensuring that every piece is one of a kind with its own individual pattern.

The body is adorned with numerous vertical carved facets, which expose the internal layers of the blended clay and create a distinctive three-dimensional design.

The wide opening makes it easy to add and discard tea leaves, as well as to clean.

With a broad base and a gently tapered, low-profile trapezoidal shape, the teapot is stable and easy to use.

Inside, a wraparound ceramic strainer is integrated along the inner wall, making it resistant to clogging even with deep-steamed tea leaves and allowing for smooth pouring.

This teapot is the result of the artisan’s high level of skill and considerable effort, thoughtfully crafted with both functionality and practicality in mind.

以白泥为主，加入黑泥、黄土色等不同泥料混合揉制，
再通过拉坯成形制作而成。

器表呈现出不同颜色泥料交织形成的旋涡状、类似大理石纹的效果，
作为独特的装饰设计。

这种工艺使得每次制作都会呈现出不同的表情，
每一件作品都拥有独一无二的设计。

壶身侧面纵向施以多道削纹，
使夹杂泥料内部的层次自然显现，
形成富有立体感的独特造型。

壶口较为宽大，便于放入与倒出茶叶，
同时也更易于清洗。

底部宽广，整体呈低矮而缓和的台形结构，
稳定性高，使用方便。

内侧配有环绕式滤网，
即使是深蒸茶也不易堵塞，
出水顺畅是其一大特点。

这是一款凝聚了匠人高超技艺与大量工序，
并兼顾功能性与实用性的急须。
