黒土をろくろ成形し、白い釉薬を掛けて

仕上げた信楽焼のフリーカップです。

外側には呉須で所々にアクセントが添えられ

濃紺の色味がアート的な表情を

与えています。

生地の内側にはろくろ目が残り、外側には

縦方向に細かい千筋が入れられています。

表面はマットな質感で、千筋による凹凸が

指に心地よく触れます。

口径が大きく切立型のどっしりとした造形で

側面にはくびれが設けられています。

重過ぎず軽過ぎない適度な重厚感があり、

手にしっかりと馴染みます。

Shigaraki Ware, Gosu Underglaze Blue, Fine Vertical Striations (Sensuji), Handmade Free Cup

This is a handmade Shigaraki ware free cup, formed on a potter’s wheel using black clay and finished with a white glaze.

The exterior is accented in places with gosu (underglaze blue), whose deep indigo tones lend an artistic expression to the piece.

Wheel marks remain visible on the interior surface, while the exterior features finely incised vertical lines (sensuji).

The surface has a matte texture, and the subtle ridges created by the striations feel pleasantly tactile to the touch.

It has a wide mouth and an upright, substantial form, with a gentle contour along the sides.

It possesses a well-balanced weight—neither too heavy nor too light—and fits comfortably in the hand.

Intentional irregularities are added around the rim, yet the lip feels smooth, resulting in a shape that is easy to drink from.

The wide opening makes it easy to wash and keep clean, making it suitable for everyday use.

Due to the nature of earthenware, please ensure it is thoroughly dried before storage after use.

It can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as serving tea, coffee, alcohol, or even as a small bowl for food.

Each piece is carefully handmade by an artisan, offering the warmth and strength unique to earthenware.

信乐烧　吴须　千筋　手工制作　自由杯

这是一款采用黑土在拉坯成型后，施以白色釉药烧制而成的信乐烧自由杯。

外侧以吴须点缀装饰，局部形成点睛之笔，浓郁的深蓝色赋予其富有艺术感的表情。

坯体内侧保留了拉坯纹理，外侧则刻有纵向细密的千筋纹。

表面呈现哑光质感，千筋所形成的凹凸手感，触感舒适宜人。

器形为口径较大的直立型，造型稳重厚实，侧面设有收腰设计。

整体重量适中，不过重亦不过轻，具有恰到好处的厚重感，握持时贴合手部。

杯口部分刻意做出细微凹凸处理，入口顺滑，造型利于饮用。

由于口径宽大，清洗方便，也易于保持清洁，适合日常使用。

因属土器材质，使用后请充分干燥后再行收纳。

可用于盛放茶、咖啡、酒类，亦可作为小碗使用，用途广泛。
