木曽漆器から木製の弁当箱　大のご紹介です。

薄く挽いたヒノキ材を曲げて楕円形に成形し

作られています。

全体にすりうるしが施され、木目がうっすら

見られ木のぬくもりを感じる漆器です。

うるしの皮膜は半永久的に呼吸し続けるので

通気性がよく、うるしそのものにも

抗菌作用があり、食材を有害な菌から

守ってくれるので、中の食材が傷みにくく

なります。

また、木は余分な水分を吸収したり、

乾燥していれば、水分を放出して、内部の

湿度を保ってくれるので、食材が乾燥し

過ぎたり、ご飯が水分でべたべたになるのを

防いでくれます。

結果、食材をより美味しい状態に保ってくれ

冷めても、美味しく召し上がって頂けます。

木地の表面はとても滑らかで、木地が

薄いのもあり、とても軽く繊細な感じを

受けます。

深いかぶせ蓋となっており、持ち運ぶ間に

蓋が外れにくく安定しており、湯と味噌汁の

素があれば蓋の内側をお椀の代わりに

汁ものを入れて頂くこともできます。

側面の板を留めてある部分や内側の底板と

側面板のつなぎ目が「こくそ」で補強され

耐久性を上げられており木曽漆器が堅牢と

いわれる特徴が表れています。

「こくそ」とは、うるしに木粉などを混ぜた

ものでパテのような役割を果たします。

Kiso Lacquerware Wooden Oval Bento Box, Large, Wiped Urushi Finish, with T-Shaped Divider

Introducing this large wooden bento box from Kiso lacquerware.

It is made by bending thinly shaved Japanese cypress (hinoki) wood into an oval shape.

The entire surface is finished with wiped urushi lacquer, allowing the natural wood grain to faintly show through, giving this lacquerware a warm and natural feel.

The urushi coating continues to breathe almost permanently, providing excellent ventilation. Urushi itself also has antibacterial properties, helping protect the food from harmful bacteria and making the contents less likely to spoil.

In addition, wood absorbs excess moisture, and when dry, releases moisture to maintain the humidity inside. This helps prevent food from drying out excessively or rice from becoming sticky with condensation.

As a result, it keeps the food in a more delicious condition, allowing it to be enjoyed even after it has cooled.

The wooden base has a very smooth surface, and because the wood is thin, it feels exceptionally light and delicate.

It has a deep overlapping lid, making it stable and less likely to come off while being carried. If you have hot water and instant miso soup mix, the inside of the lid can also be used as a bowl for soup.

The areas where the side boards are fastened, as well as the joints between the inner bottom board and side panels, are reinforced with kokuso, enhancing durability and reflecting the well-known sturdiness of Kiso lacquerware.

Kokuso is a material made by mixing wood powder and other ingredients with urushi lacquer, serving a role similar to putty.

It is not flashy, but it can be described as a solid, practical, carefully crafted bento box that never grows tiresome and can be used for many years.

本品采用薄削加工的日本桧木材料弯曲成型，
制作成椭圆形。
整体施以擦漆工艺，可隐约看见木纹，
是一款能够感受到木材温润质感的漆器。
漆的涂膜会半永久性地持续“呼吸”，
因此具有良好的透气性，而且漆本身
也具有抗菌作用，能够保护食材免受
有害细菌侵害，使盒内食物不易变质。
此外，木材还能吸收多余水分，
在干燥时释放水分，以保持内部湿度，
因此能够防止食材过度干燥，
也能避免米饭因水汽而变得黏湿。
因此，能够更好地保持食材的美味状态，
即使放凉后，也依然能够美味享用。
木胎表面非常光滑，加之木胎本身较薄，
整体给人一种轻盈而细腻的感觉。
