津軽びいどろは青森県の伝統工芸品に

指定されています。

「宙吹き」の技法を用いて青森の自然を

イメージさせるハンドメイドの

ガラス器です。

津軽びいどろは、美しい色ガラスの独自の

調合や、世界に類を見ない多様な技術・

技法を用いて作られています。

多彩な色づかいや、繊細な模様、美しい

造形とデザインはすべて職人さんの

手仕事から生み出されています。

皿の中央がブルーで、その周囲は透明の

デザインとなっています。

ブルーの部分には大きめの泡が入っており

特徴となっています。

皿の両渕は、ぐにゃりとガラスを曲げ重ねて

変化がつけられています。

皿の中央部分は少しなだらかに凹んでおり、

多少汁気のあるお料理も盛って頂けます。

サラダや冷製のお料理、果物やデザートなど

の盛皿、冷たいお菓子などの菓子器として

など幅広くお使い頂けます。

シンプルですが清涼感のある、おしゃれな

Tsugaru Vidro is produced through unique color-glass blending formulas and a wide variety of techniques and craftsmanship rarely seen elsewhere in the world.

Its rich use of color, delicate patterns, and beautiful forms and designs are all brought to life through the skilled handwork of artisans.

The center of this plate is blue, while the surrounding area is clear glass.

The blue section contains larger air bubbles, which serve as a distinctive design feature.

Both rims of the plate are bent and layered in a softly curved manner, creating movement and variation in the form.

The center of the plate is gently recessed, making it suitable for serving dishes with a small amount of sauce or liquid.

It can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as serving salads, chilled dishes, fruits, desserts, or as a confectionery plate for cold sweets.
