静岡の伝統竹工芸品である駿河の竹工芸は

西暦１６２０年（元和６年）頃より

製造され始めたと伝えられています。

駿河竹工芸は古来からの技術、技法を

受け継いで伝統を守り続けられています。

色艶がよい、三年前後の節間が長く、

やわらかい孟宗竹を使い、多くの工程を経て

作り上げられた品です。

その作業には根気を要し、ひご作りから

渕曲げ、底の編作りに７０もの工程を経て

製品が出来上がります。

竹のひごを使った器は見た目が涼しげな

印象があるので、特に夏場に使われること

が多いです。

７０もの工程を経て、熟練の技術と

手間ひまをかけて作られたこの盛鉢は、

見た目は繊細ながらも、とてもしっかりと

していて、質も高いものとなっています。

大き過ぎず、小さ過ぎず適度なサイズで

迫力があります。

すべてが手作りなのに、ひごの組み方などが

規則的かつ精巧に作られており

高い技術が注ぎ込まれていることが

分かります。

ダイニングテーブルや応接間の机の上に

置いて頂き、果物や袋入りのお菓子など

盛って頂くとお部屋の雰囲気も高級に

なるかもしれません。

Traditional Craft – Suruga Bamboo Craft Large Serving Bowl

Suruga bamboo craftsmanship, a traditional bamboo craft of Shizuoka, is said to have begun around 1620 (Genna 6).

Suruga bamboo craft has preserved its traditions by passing down techniques and skills that have been handed down since ancient times.

This piece is made from soft Moso bamboo, selected for its beautiful color and luster and for its long internodes, typically from bamboo that is around three years old. It is created through numerous carefully executed processes.

The work requires great patience. From preparing the bamboo strips to bending the rim and weaving the base, the finished product is completed through as many as 70 individual processes.

Containers made from bamboo strips have a cool and refreshing appearance, making them especially popular for use during the summer months.

Having undergone approximately 70 processes and crafted with skilled workmanship and meticulous attention to detail, this serving bowl is delicate in appearance yet remarkably sturdy and of exceptionally high quality.

Its size is neither too large nor too small, giving it an impressive presence.

Although entirely handmade, the arrangement of the bamboo strips is executed with remarkable precision and regularity, clearly demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship invested in its creation.

Placed on a dining table or in a reception room and filled with fruit, packaged sweets, or other items, it may enhance the elegance and sophistication of the room’s atmosphere.

静冈的传统竹工艺品——骏河竹工艺，据传始于公元1620年（元和6年）前后开始制作。

骏河竹工艺传承了自古以来的技术与技法，持续守护并延续着这一传统。

选用色泽光润、竹节间距较长、竹龄约三年且质地柔韧的孟宗竹，经过众多工序精心制作而成。

制作过程需要极大的耐心，从制作竹篾开始，到弯制边框、编织底部等工序，共需经过多达70道工艺流程，方能完成成品。

使用竹篾编制而成的器物给人一种清凉雅致的视觉印象，因此尤其常在夏季使用。

这款盛钵经过多达70道工序，由工匠运用娴熟技艺并倾注大量时间与心血制作而成，外观虽显得细腻精巧，却十分坚固耐用，品质也极为出众。

尺寸适中，既不过大也不过小，同时具有十足的存在感。

虽然全部采用手工制作，但竹篾的编织方式规整有序且精密细致，充分展现出制作者高超的工艺水平。
