飛騨春慶塗から宗寛盆のご紹介です。

よく吟味した樹齢１５０年から２００年の

木を使用します。

木には年月と共に変形する性質があるため、

一年以上自然乾燥させます。

このお盆は縁の板と底板は別物で、縁の板は

曲げて作られています。

木をお湯に浸して柔らかくして、

曲げていきます。

曲げたとじ目は山桜の皮とニカワで

留めてあります。

底板をはめて木地自体は完成です。

ここからようやく、塗りの作業に

移っていきますがすべて熟練の職人さんが、

手作業で行っています。

このお盆は径が３３ｃｍと大きく、

縁があるので器が滑り落ちることも

ありません。

また、径が大きいので一人ずつのお膳として

使っても、とてもおしゃれで高級感が

出るかもしれません。

運び盆としても使える汎用性の高い

漆器です。

Hida Shunkei Lacquerware Sōkan Tray – Wooden, Genuine Urushi Lacquer, 33 cm

Introducing the Sōkan Tray from Hida Shunkei lacquerware, a traditional Japanese lacquerware renowned for its refined beauty and craftsmanship.

Carefully selected timber from trees that are 150 to 200 years old is used in its production.

Since wood naturally changes shape over time, it is air-dried naturally for more than one year before being crafted.

The rim and the base of this tray are made separately. The rim is formed by bending a single piece of wood.

The wood is first soaked in hot water to soften it, allowing it to be carefully bent into shape.

The joint where the bent wood meets is secured with wild cherry bark and nikawa (traditional natural animal glue).

Once the base board is fitted into the rim, the wooden body of the tray is complete.

Only then does the lacquering process begin. Every stage of the finishing work is carried out entirely by hand by highly skilled craftsmen.

With a generous 33 cm diameter, this tray provides ample serving space, and its raised rim helps prevent dishes from slipping off during use.

Its large size also makes it an elegant and luxurious individual serving tray for a single place setting.

In addition, it is a highly versatile piece of lacquerware that can also be used as a serving tray for carrying food and beverages.

制作时选用经过严格挑选、树龄约150年至200年的优质木材。

由于木材会随着时间发生变形，因此需先经过一年以上的自然干燥处理。

这款托盘的边框与底板为分别制作的部件，其中边框是采用弯木工艺制成。

制作时，先将木材浸泡于热水中使其软化，再逐渐弯曲成型。

弯曲后的接缝处以山樱树皮和**动物胶（膠）**固定。

随后嵌入底板，至此木胎制作完成。

之后才正式进入髹漆工序，而整个涂漆过程均由经验丰富的工匠纯手工完成。

这款托盘直径达33厘米，尺寸较大，并设有边沿，可有效防止餐具滑落。

此外，由于尺寸宽大，也可作为每人一份的餐盘（膳盘）使用，既时尚又能营造出高雅、富有质感的用餐氛围。
