木曽塗から木製の椅子（いす）のご紹介です。
ケヤキの木を加工し組み上げられた木地に
うるしを何度も塗って作られています。
うっすらと木目が見え、うるしの濃い茶色が
高級な雰囲気を醸し出しています。
本来は椅子として作られていますが、
一輪差しや置物などを上に置いて花台や
ひじ掛けなどとして使うことが出来ます。
うるしには抗菌効果があり、カビなどが
生えにくく衛生的に使うことが出来ます。
うるしが何度も塗られているので、水などが
内側に浸透しにくいので木が劣化しにくく
永く使うことが出来ます
適度な重厚感はありますが、比較的
扱いやすい重量となっています。
