飛騨春慶塗から木製の丸盆のご紹介です。
本漆で塗った、高品質な一級品です。
最もオーソドックスな丸盆ですが、
最もよく使うお盆の一つです。
サイズも１尺（３０㎝）もあるので、
余裕を持って使うことが出来ます。
大は小を兼ねますので、使い勝手もいいと
思われます。
樹齢２００年以上の天然木を使い、
板状に挽いたものを反りや変形を防ぐために
数年間乾燥させます。
こうして初めて木地を使うことが出来ます。
本うるしが塗られており、うるし塗りの
何とも言えない、艶や風合いは一流品と
いえるものです。
これも熟練の技術が必要となります。
工程は木地磨き、目止め、着色と下塗り、
仕上げ磨き、すり漆、コクソ巻き、すり漆、
上塗り、乾燥と少なくとも、９つの工程が
あります。
乾燥時にはゴミやホコリが付かないように
注意し、乾燥させていきます。
本物のうるし塗は、時が経っても風合いの
良さが持続し耐久性もあります。
木製ではなかったり、うるし塗りではない

The tray is made from natural wood sourced from trees over 200 years old.
After the timber is sawn into boards, it is carefully dried for several years to prevent warping and deformation.
Only after this lengthy natural drying process is the wood suitable for use as the base material.
The tray is finished with genuine urushi lacquer, giving it the distinctive luster, depth, and rich texture that can only be achieved through authentic lacquerware craftsmanship.
Producing such a finish requires the skill and experience of highly trained artisans.
The manufacturing process involves no fewer than nine separate stages: smoothing the wooden base, filling the wood grain, coloring and applying the undercoat, polishing, applying rubbed urushi lacquer, reinforcing the rim with kokuso lacquer mixture, applying another rubbed lacquer coat, finishing with the final lacquer coat, and carefully drying the piece.
During the drying process, great care is taken to ensure that no dust or debris adheres to the lacquer surface.
Authentic urushi lacquerware retains its beautiful appearance over time while offering exceptional durability.
