Hasami Ware Hand-Painted Red Enamel Mini Rice Bowl & Teacup Set
This is a set of a small teacup and rice bowl from Hasami Ware.
The floral motifs are hand-painted in red enamel on a white porcelain body.
The porcelain is thin, very lightweight, and delicate.
The hand-painted red floral motifs stand out beautifully against the white porcelain, while the green glaze on the leaves adds a fresh and refreshing touch.
The very small cup and rice bowl are suitable for children, and they can also be used as diet bowls, providing a satisfying feeling even with a small serving.
With their elegant and luxurious appearance, and because they take up very little space, they may also be suitable as vessels for offering food or drink to Buddhist and Shinto altars.
They are charming and stylish vessels that can be enjoyed both by actually using them and by displaying them as small works of beauty.
Rice Bowl: Diameter 11 cm / Height 5 cm
Teacup: Diameter 6.3 cm / Height 6 cm
