萩焼から御本手の組湯呑のご紹介です。
赤茶色の粗めの土をろくろ成形し作られて
おり萩焼らしい土ものの特徴がよく出ている
湯呑に仕上がっています。
所々に赤っぽい御本（ごほん）が不規則に
出ていて温かみのある味わい深い風合いが
よく出ています。
寸胴型で内外ともにろくろ目が出ており、
持つと手にしっくりと馴染みます。
正面にはえくぼが作られ、親指を置く
ポイントとなって持ちやすくなっています。
えくぼ周辺とその下は灰色のツートンに
なっており、デザインの変化が見られます。
口は外側に若干反っており、飲みやすく
なっています。
高台は切り高台にされて萩焼の特徴が
みられます。
見た目の重厚さよりも軽くて扱いやすく
なっています。
使い込んで頂き「萩の七変化」を楽しんで

Hagi Ware — Gohon-de, “Dimpled” Handmade Pair of Yunomi Tea Cups
We are pleased to introduce this pair of handmade Yunomi tea cups in the Gohon-de style from Hagi Ware.
These tea cups are made by throwing coarse, reddish-brown clay on a potter’s wheel, bringing out the characteristic earthy quality of Hagi Ware.
Irregular reddish Gohon markings appear in various places on the surface, creating a warm, rich, and deeply appealing character.
The cups have a cylindrical form, with throwing marks from the potter’s wheel visible both inside and outside. When held, the cups fit comfortably and naturally in the hand.
A “dimple” (ekubo) has been formed on the front of each cup, providing a natural resting point for the thumb and making the cups easy to hold.
The area around the dimple and below it features a two-tone gray coloration, adding visual variation to the design.
The rim curves slightly outward, making the cups comfortable to drink from.
The foot has a cut-foot (kirikōdai) design, one of the characteristic features of Hagi Ware.
Despite their substantial appearance, the cups are lighter and easier to handle than they might seem.
This is a fine pair of Hagi Ware tea cups that can be enjoyed even more as they are used over time, allowing you to appreciate the famous “Seven Transformations of Hagi” (Hagi no Nanahenge)—the gradual changes in color, texture, and character that develop through continued use.

萩烧 御本手 凹痕 手工制作 成对汤杯
下面为您介绍一套来自萩烧的御本手成对汤杯。
采用赤褐色的粗质陶土，经由陶轮拉坯成形制作而成，充分展现了萩烧特有的土质陶器风格。
器身各处不规则地呈现出带有红色调的“御本（ごほん）”纹理，营造出温暖而富有韵味的质感。
整体为直筒型，内外均保留着陶轮成形时留下的旋纹，拿在手中能够自然贴合手掌，握感十分舒适。
正面制作有“凹痕”，可以作为拇指放置的位置，因此拿握起来更加方便。
凹痕周围及其下方呈现灰色的双色变化，使整体设计富于层次与变化。
杯口略微向外翻，饮用起来更加顺畅。
底部采用“切高台”造型，可以欣赏到萩烧的传统特色。
