美濃焼から二重構造のカップのご紹介です。
この器は外側と内側の間に空間があり
それが断熱の空気の層をつくるので
熱を外側に伝わりにくくします。
ですので、冷たい飲み物は温まりにくく
熱い飲み物は冷めにくく、より快適な温度の
飲料を楽しんで頂けます。
冷たい飲み物を入れた器は外側に露が
付くことがありますが、このカップは
結露しにくくなります。
テーブルなどが結露の水滴で汚れないので
扱いやすい器といえます。
このカップの外側にはラスターの釉薬が
使われています。
ラスターとは、陶磁器の表面に極めて薄い
金属の被膜を作り光の干渉により虹彩を
生じる絵具のことを言います。
一見金属のような風合いがあり、見る角度に
よって器の表面が虹色に輝いて、とても
きれいに見えます。
全体が黒っぽい色合いですが、にぶく輝く
ラスターは重厚感と高級感を感じます。
焼酎の水割りやお湯割り、生ビール、お茶や
