Shigaraki Ware Log-Shaped Handmade Flower Vase

Here is a handmade flower vase from Shigaraki ware.

This small flower vase is made by shaping clay to resemble a log.

The surface has been textured with lines resembling tree bark, giving it the appearance and texture of a real tree trunk.

An oval opening has been made in the body, allowing flowers to be arranged inside.

Even a small number of flowers should look attractive when arranged in this vase.

One half is finished in a wood-like brown, while the other half is covered with a yellow glaze.

The brown and yellow colors go well with the green of flower stems and leaves, helping to enhance their appearance.

The two-tone design, with the two colors applied diagonally, gives the vase a stylish look.

It has four short feet, allowing it to be used either lying horizontally or standing upright. This makes it possible to change the way the flowers are arranged according to the available space, the flowers being used, or your mood.

Although small in size, this flower vase can be said to offer many advantages.

Length: 19 cm
Diameter: 7 cm
