美濃焼から手づくりのコーヒー碗皿ペアの
ご紹介です。
中央がくぼんだ、まるでＵＦＯのような
形をしたソーサーに、細長いカップと
他ではあまり見ることが出来ない、珍しい
スタイリッシュなデザインの
カップ＆ソーサーです。
ソーサーにカップを置くという形ではなく、
はめ込むという形状で、ソーサーのくぼみに
カップの底がピタリと合う形に作られており
カップがずれたりすることがなく、
お盆にのせて運んだり実際にコーヒーを
頂く時にも、とても安定しています。
カップの外側とソーサーの表面には
「飛び鉋」（とびかんな）という技法が
使われています。
「飛び鉋」とは、ろくろの上に生素地を
置いて、回転している素地に鉋（かんな）や
ヘラをあてると、飛び飛びに素地の表面が
削られてできる模様とその技法を言います。
（別名トチリとも言われています）
コーヒーカップの外側とソーサーの縁に
濃い青と薄いブルーのツートンカラーで
もう一つは紫と赤紫のツートンカラーで
この技法が使われており、さわやかで
明るいデザインとなっています。
生地はクリーム色をしており、ヨーロッパの
陶器のような温かみのある風合いが
出ています。
日本の伝統技法を使って作られた、
北欧や欧州を思わせるモダンなデザインの
器といえます。
シンプルでおしゃれなデザインなので
飽きの来ない永く使える器です。

Mino Ware Tobikanna Coffee Cup & Saucer Set of Two – Blue & Purple
Here is a pair of handmade coffee cup and saucer sets from Mino ware.
The saucers have a recessed center and a shape reminiscent of a UFO. Combined with the slender cups, they create a rare and stylish design that is not often seen elsewhere.
Rather than simply placing the cup on the saucer, the cup fits into the recessed area of the saucer. The bottom of the cup fits snugly into the indentation, preventing the cup from sliding around. This makes the set very stable both when carrying it on a tray and when actually enjoying coffee.
The outside of the cups and the surfaces of the saucers feature a technique called “Tobikanna.”
“Tobikanna” refers to both the technique and the pattern created by placing an unfired clay body on a potter’s wheel and applying a kanna (cutting tool) or spatula to the rotating clay. As the tool makes contact with the clay intermittently, small sections of the surface are shaved away, creating the characteristic pattern.
(It is also known as Tochiri.)
On the outside of the coffee cups and around the edges of the saucers, this technique is used with a two-tone combination of dark blue and light blue, while the other pair features a two-tone combination of purple and reddish purple. These colors create a fresh and bright design.
The clay body is cream-colored, giving the pieces a warm texture reminiscent of European pottery.
These can be described as vessels with a modern design reminiscent of Scandinavian and European styles, while being made using a traditional Japanese technique.
With their simple yet stylish design, these are timeless pieces that can be enjoyed for many years without becoming tiresome.

美浓烧 飞钵纹 咖啡杯＆碟 成对 蓝色・紫色
现为您介绍一套美浓烧手工制作的咖啡杯碟。
中央凹陷、形似UFO的碟子，搭配细长型咖啡杯，是一款其他地方不太容易见到的、设计独特而时尚的咖啡杯碟。
它并不是将咖啡杯单纯放在碟子上，而是采用嵌入式的设计。咖啡杯底部与碟子的凹陷处能够严密贴合，因此咖啡杯不会发生滑动，无论放在托盘上端着移动，还是实际饮用咖啡时，都非常稳定。
咖啡杯的外侧以及碟子的表面采用了名为“飞钵纹”的技法。
所谓“飞钵纹”，是将素坯放置在拉坯机上，在素坯旋转的状态下，用刮刀或陶拍等工具接触旋转中的素坯，使素坯表面间隔地被削去，从而形成的纹样及其制作技法。
（也被称为“栃理”）
其中一款在咖啡杯外侧和碟子边缘采用深蓝色与浅蓝色的双色设计，另一款则采用紫色与红紫色的双色设计，并运用了这一技法，呈现出清爽明亮的设计风格。
器物胎体呈奶油色，散发出如欧洲陶器般温暖柔和的质感。
可以说，这是一款运用日本传统技法制作，同时又带有北欧及欧洲风格的现代设计器物。
由于设计简洁而时尚，是一款不会令人厌倦、可以长久使用的器物。
