清水焼から鈴木智尋作粉引汲出し（湯呑）５客揃のご紹介です。

粉引とは、元々は高麗の焼物で粉吹とも言います。

白釉が粉を吹いたように見えるので、この名前があります。

茶褐色の小石が混じった粗めの土をろくろで挽き、

粉引の釉薬をかけて焼いてあります。

ろくろ目がうっすらと見え、また荒土の小石などの出っ張りや

へこみなどが釉薬の上からでも確認でき、土物独特の

ざっくりした雰囲気がよく出ています。

ぼってりとした粉引の釉薬は、真っ白いのに温かみを感じられる

他の焼物にはない特有の味わいがあります。

粉引の釉薬の表面には鉄粉がとんで、こげ茶色のほくろのような跡が

複数見られ、これも景色となっています。

高台の部分には、作家が生地の湯呑を釉薬につける時に持った

指の跡が確認でき、これも手づくりの証となっています。

粉引は色が白いため、お茶の緑色がくっきりと見え

より美味しくお茶を楽しんで頂けそうです。

Kiyomizu Ware – SuzukI Tomohiro – Kohiki Kumidashi (Yunomi) – Set of 5

Introducing a set of five kumidashi (yunomi teacups) in kohiki by Suzuki Tomohiro of Kiyomizu ware.

Kohiki originally derives from Korean pottery and is also called ko-fuki (“powder-blown”). The name comes from the white glaze, which appears as though powdered on the surface.

A coarse clay body containing small brown pebbles is wheel-thrown and coated with kohiki glaze before firing.

The traces of the potter’s wheel are faintly visible, and protrusions and depressions from the coarse clay and small stones can still be seen through the glaze, conveying the rustic character unique to earthenware.

The thick, milky-white kohiki glaze possesses a warmth not seen in other glazes, giving it a distinctive charm.

Iron specks scatter across the surface of the glaze, appearing like small dark-brown “moles,” adding further interest to the piece.

On the foot, one can find the fingerprints left by the potter when holding the cup while dipping it into the glaze—also evidence of handmade work.

Because kohiki glazes are white, the green color of tea stands out vividly, allowing one to enjoy tea even more.

这是一套来自清水烧、铃木智寻作的粉引汲出茶杯（汤吞）五件套。

粉引原本属于高丽陶，亦称“粉吹”，因白釉犹如洒粉般而得名。

以掺有茶褐色小砂石的粗土上轮制成形，再施粉引釉烧制。

可隐约看到轮纹，同时荒土中的小石凸起或凹陷，即便隔着釉层也能辨识，充分呈现土器特有的粗犷气息。

粉引的釉层丰厚凝重，虽为纯白却带有温润暖意，拥有其他陶器少有的独特风味。

釉面上飞落铁粉，留下褐色的斑点，如痣般的痕迹，也成为器物的“景色”。

高台处可见制作者在将坯体浸釉时留下的指痕，也是手作的证明。

因粉引呈白色，更能衬托茶汤的绿色，使人更能品味茶之美味。
