九谷焼から三浦晃禎　銀泉窯の牡丹柄の皿三枚セットのご紹介です。

それぞれ６寸皿（１８㎝）、７寸皿（２１㎝）、８寸皿（２４㎝）の

三種類のお皿が一枚ずつセットになっています。

白地の生地に紫色の牡丹の花が中心にあり、その周囲は緑の葉で覆われていて

交趾のようなきれいな紫色と、鮮やかな緑色がとても映えてきれいな器となっています。

この絵柄は転写の技法が使われています。

転写とは予め絵柄の描いてあるシールのようなものを、貼り付けて焼き付けます。

一部手描きの部分があるかもしれませんが、転写は個体差が少なく

同じような安定した絵柄を焼きつけることが出来、複雑な絵柄でも比較的

リーズナブルに作ることが出来ます。

和皿ではありますが、洋皿としても使うことが出来、どのようなお料理にも使うことが出来ます。

それぞれの皿の用途は全く異なり、６寸皿は取り皿やケーキ皿などにお使い頂けます。

７寸皿はパン皿やハムエッグなどを盛るモーニングプレートやサラダなどのサイズで

あれば重宝します。

８寸皿はメインディッシュのプレートのサイズで、パスタやステーキ、ハンバーグなど

なくてはならないプレートの一つです。

どのサイズのお皿も必ず必要なサイズですので、お揃いがあると組み合わせても使うことが出来ます。

皿の形はどのサイズもほぼ同じで、中央のお料理を盛る部分は平らで円形になっており

渕が緩やかに盛り上がっているので、お料理がこぼれにくくなっています。

全体は四角い皿の角を丸くしたデザインで、角がない分欠けにくくなっています。

絵柄もきれいで、実際にも使って頂ける実用的な器です。

Kutani Ware – Miura Terutada (Ginsen Kiln) – Peony Plates, Set of 3

Introducing a set of three peony-patterned plates by Miura Terutada of Ginsen Kiln, Kutani ware.

The set consists of one plate each in three sizes:
a 6-sun plate (18 cm), a 7-sun plate (21 cm), and an 8-sun plate (24 cm).

On a white ground, a purple peony bloom is placed at the center, surrounded by lush green leaves. The beautiful purple, reminiscent of Kōchi ware, and the vivid green contrast strikingly to create an attractive vessel.

This design employs a transfer-printing technique.

Transfer printing involves firing on a sticker-like sheet on which the pattern has already been drawn. There may be some hand-painted details, but transfer printing produces relatively little variation between pieces, allows for consistent and stable patterns, and enables even intricate designs to be made at comparatively reasonable cost.

Though Japanese in origin, these plates can also be used as Western-style plates and suit many types of cuisine.

Each plate size serves a different purpose:
The 6-sun plate works well as a side plate or cake plate.
The 7-sun plate is convenient for bread, ham-and-eggs, breakfast portions, or salads.
The 8-sun plate is a main-dish size plate indispensable for pasta, steak, hamburger steak, and similar dishes.

All three sizes are highly practical and commonly needed plate sizes, and having them as a coordinated set allows them to be used in combination.

The shapes are nearly identical across the sizes: the center area for plating food is flat and round, while the rim rises gently so that food does not spill easily.

The overall form is square with rounded corners, making the plates less prone to chipping thanks to the absence of sharp corners.

With a beautiful motif and excellent usability, they are plates intended for actual daily use.

九谷烧　三浦晃禎　银泉窑　牡丹盘　三枚套

这是一套来自九谷烧、三浦晃禎银泉窑的牡丹纹盘子三件组。

套装包含三个不同尺寸的盘子，各一件：六寸盘（18cm）、七寸盘（21cm）、八寸盘（24cm）。

白色胎地上绘有紫色牡丹花于中央，周围以绿色叶片环绕，犹如交趾釉般的雅致紫色与鲜艳绿色相互映衬，使器物显得格外亮丽。

此图案采用了贴花转印技法。所谓转印，是指预先在贴纸上绘好花纹，再贴于坯体后烧制而成。部分细节可能辅以手绘，但转印的优点是在于差异较小，能稳定呈现一致的花纹，即便图案复杂也能以较为合理的成本制作完成。

虽为和风器皿，但也可作为西式餐盘使用，适用于各种料理。

三个尺寸的功能完全不同：六寸盘可作个人小盘或蛋糕盘使用；七寸盘可用于早餐盘（如面包、火腿蛋）或沙拉盘，非常实用；八寸盘为主菜盘尺寸，适用于意面、牛排、汉堡排等料理，是不可或缺的主餐盘之一。

这些尺寸都是日常必备尺寸，若成套使用也便于搭配组合。

三种尺寸的盘型基本相同，中央盛放料理的部分为平面圆形，盘沿微微隆起，能防止料理溢出。

整体造型为四方圆角设计，无尖角，更不易磕损。

图案优美，同时具备日常实用性，是可实际使用的器皿。
