山中塗から木製の長角銘々皿のご紹介です。

「へぎ目」とは、この銘々皿の表面に見られるように

木を剥いだ時に出来る自然なデコボコをわざとそのまま残して

剥いだ跡の木の質感やぬくもりを実感できるような作り方をされています。

ですので一枚一枚の銘々皿の表情がすべて異なり、使う度にそれぞれの

お皿の質感を楽しんで頂けます。

傷が目立ちにくく、気軽にお使い頂けます。

この銘々皿の周囲は、根来塗がなされており、渋い朱色が映えています。

根来塗は下地に黒、表面に朱が塗って研ぎ出してあり、元々は紀州の根来寺で

僧侶が使っていた漆器の塗り方がルーツとなっています。

銘々皿の両サイドは、布張りとなっており、実質的に強度が高められ

また、デザインとしても、今までにないものとなっています。

皿の裏面は持ち上げやすいように、両端が斜めにカットされており

使いやすさも考えられています。

Yamanaka Lacquerware, Wooden, “Hegime” Finish, Negoro Style, Long Rectangular Individual Plates, Set of 5
We are pleased to introduce these wooden long rectangular individual plates from Yamanaka lacquerware.
“Hegime” refers to the surface treatment seen on these plates, in which the natural unevenness created when wood is split or peeled is intentionally left as it is. This technique allows one to feel the texture and warmth of the wood, preserving the traces left by the peeling process.
As a result, each individual plate has a unique expression, and every time you use them, you can enjoy the distinct texture of each piece. Scratches are less noticeable, making them suitable for casual, everyday use.
The rim of each plate is finished in Negoro lacquer, with its subdued yet striking vermilion color standing out beautifully. Negoro lacquer is created by applying black lacquer as the base, coating it with vermilion lacquer on top, and then polishing it. Its origins trace back to the lacquerware used by monks at Negoro-ji Temple in Kishu (present-day Wakayama).
Both sides of the plates are reinforced with a cloth-laminated finish, enhancing their durability. This also gives the design a fresh and distinctive character not seen in conventional pieces.
The underside of the plates is cut at an angle on both ends, making them easy to lift and reflecting careful consideration for ease of use.
These are exceptional pieces designed for long-term enjoyment.

这是来自山中涂的木制长方形单人用小皿的介绍。

所谓“剥纹”，正如在这些单人小皿表面所见，是在剥削木材时自然形成的凹凸纹理，被刻意原样保留下来，使人能够真切感受到木材被剥开后的质感与温润。
因此，每一只单人小皿的表情都各不相同，每次使用时，都能分别欣赏到每只小皿独有的木质触感。

表面不易显现划痕，可轻松日常使用。

小皿的周边施以根来涂，沉稳的朱红色十分醒目。
根来涂的做法是在黑色底漆之上涂朱漆，再加以研磨显现，其渊源可追溯至和歌山县根来寺，最初是僧侣所使用的漆器涂装技法。

单人小皿的两侧采用布贴工艺，在实际使用中增强了整体强度，同时在设计上也呈现出前所未有的新意。

小皿背面为了便于拿取，两端斜切处理，充分考虑了使用的便利性。

是一件可以长期使用的精品。
