美濃焼　織部　蓋付　手づくり　プレート

美濃焼から蓋付プレートのご紹介です。

薄茶色の土を成形し全体に織部の釉薬を

掛けて仕上げられています。

織部釉は色が濃くシンプルですが高級感の

ある風合いになっています。

プレートは径が２０㎝以上あり縁が

上がっており、ある程度の汁気のある

お料理も盛りつけて頂けます。

蓋は花形の透かしが入れられており、多くの

手間と高い技術が注がれています。

食べ物を盛りつけて高級料理や菓子器として

演出もできますし蓋に透かしがあることから

香を入れたり蚊やり器として使っても

とても洒落ています。

お部屋の片隅に置いておいても

絵になる器です。

美浓烧 織部 盖子手工盘

这是一款来自美浓烧的盖子手工盘。

盘子采用淡茶色的泥土成形，整体上施加了織部釉。

織部釉颜色浓郁，虽然简约，但具有高级感的质感。
